Hi All, Shooter have a gig at St Judes Social Club, Poolstock Lane, Wigan this coming Saturday. The following Saturday the band are at Skelmersdale Warders Club, Skelmersdale and on Monday 26Th September travel to Hemsby nr. Great Yarmouth for a 60s week gig.
At the end of October JKH Music Productions in a joint promotion with Liverpoolbeat.com are putting on a Mersey Beat Special evening at Ormskirk Civic Hall title "Rockin' at the YPC" a re-union aimed at the teenagers of the mid 60s who were members of Ormskirk Young Peoples Club. (YPC) The YPC was host to many a Mersey Beat top liner in it's day. the line up for the gig is YPC regular favourites Ricky Gleason & The Topspots (Shooter's guitarist Keith will be guesting with his old mates) The Bumblies who later became The Crying Shames (Please Stay) and Shooter who hope to bring a few special guests to the programme. more later.
